Sorry I missed the second part of your q...Hi Amit <br /><br />Sorry I missed the second part of your question. <br /><br />You are right that post the completion of the open offer and assuming that the nos of shares accepted in the open offer is getting tendered the stake could go beyond 90%. <br /><br />This will trigger of the delisting norms. But the company has a year after that to either sell some stake and comply with listing norms or delist the company.
